Monthly Sales

Note: As of February 2006, club members may now sell toys and equipment in addition to clothing. The sale time has also changed; it will now be held from 6:30 to 7 p.m.

  1. The sale runs from 6:30-7:00 pm each month except December and April. All sellers must pack up their items before the business meeting starts at 7:00 pm.
  2. We will only accept cash at the checkout table. Please bring small bills if you plan to buy anything.

  3. You must be a paid member or a new mom to buy and sell items. 

  4. You may sell singleton and multiple clothes, small baby items, shoes, toys, and baby equipment. Please place girl items on the kitchen side of the room, boy items on the opposite side and anyone selling both boy and girl items can set up in the middle.

  5. You must have a selling number and use the two-part perforated tags. All items must be priced in 25-cent increments with both your number and price on the top and bottom part of the tag. You can receive a selling number and purchase tags from Jennifer Coleman for $1 per 100 tags either at the monthly meetings or by contacting her by email. These same tags are used for the semiannual garage sales.

  6. If you sell items, you must work at one of the monthly sales during the year. You can sign up at the clothing sale table before the meetings. Please bring a calculator with you when you work your shift. 

  7. Money will be distributed after the business meeting. Any unclaimed money will be held for two months and then donated to the club.

  8. Lost and found items will be kept at the check-out table for two months and then donated to the garage sales.
